Troo Corporation is a privately-held M2M Location Intelligence PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) Solutions company established in 2004. We provide asset tracking and monitoring to customers in 50 countries in a variety of applications; serving markets such as Aviation, Transportation, and M2M/IoT.
Troo partners with global GPS telematics hardware OEMs, wireless & satellite service providers, value added resellers (VARs), and system integrators to provide complete location intelligence solutions. Some of our major global OEM customers include Honeywell Aerospace, GlobalStar and Redtail Telematics.
Frank has led a number of start-ups and large organizations in pioneering core software services and wireless technologies. For over 25 years he has built teams and lead advanced technologies to market. Frank leads our corporate strategy and manages the operational side of the business.

Phil previously co-founded Northwood Technologies as Vice-President, Technology and CTO. He provided the product vision and guided the activities of a growing team until the acquisition of Northwood by Marconi. At Troo, Phil provides overall technology leadership and direction with a strong focus on product development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carleton University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado.
Before joining Troo, Alan was actively engaged at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for a large front-end database containing all of Nortel’s products, components and suppliers. Over 4000 users with highly varied use-scenarios required that Alan was a strong proponent of change management, continuous improvement, and process management. Building effective relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers allowed Alan to meet and exceed expectations for both his management and customer base. In his work at Troo he continues to drive customer satisfaction through relationship building, continuous process improvement, and overseeing provisioning and quality assurance.
